Our annual gala, Party Under the Harvest Moon, brings together supporters for a night of music, delicious food, and community spirit. Funds raised support our mission to provide fresh, nutritious food to our neighbors in need.

Cambridge Half Marathon + 5K
The Cambridge Half Marathon is a 13.1-mile USATF certified course that starts and finishes at CambridgeSide. It is a fast and flat course along Memorial Drive featuring views of the Charles River, MIT, John W. Weeks Footbridge, Harvard University Stadium, and more.

Step Up to Fight Insecurity
Join Team Food For Free at Project Bread’s annual Walk for Hunger. This 3-mile walk around Boston Common unites thousands in a collective effort to end hunger in Massachusetts. By participating, you support both statewide initiatives and our local programs.

Join us for a fun and relaxing evening as we kick off the summer season! This is a free event, but there will be plenty of ways to show your support for Food For Free.
